Bringing Pickleball courts to Pickerel

Pickleball for Pickerel

The Pickerel Area Lions Foundation is building the Pickleball Courts between the laundromat and driving range in ‘downtown’ Pickerel on donated land. Construction began in Spring 2024. We’re still in need of donations to help see this project to completion! Please consider contributing to this great community project!

Annual Tree Giveaway

Since the devastating 2019 storm destroyed vast numbers of local trees, we have been giving away seedlings every spring to local residents to help replenish the tree population. We alternate years with evergreen or deciduous seedlings.
